Nasser is the Director of Financial Advisory Services for the Eastern Region of Lincoln Financial Advisors. Nasser was previously the Director of Investments for the Baltimore/Philadelphia region. He is a member of Lincoln’s Investment Policy Committee and Manager Selection Committee.
Prior to his employment with Lincoln Financial Advisors, Nasser worked for Legg Mason where he was a Portfolio Manager responsible for managing customized investment portfolios totalling close to $400 million. He also held various investment positions with the subsidiaries of Acacia Mutual Life Insurance, including an analyst position with Acacia’s subsidiary, Calvert Funds.
Nasser earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Maryland. Nasser earned the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation in 2000 and Certified Financial Planner™ certification in 2004. He also earned his AAMS (Accredited Asset Management Specialist) and CMFC (Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant) certifications in 1998 and 1996, respectively. He is a member of the Association of Investment Management and Research and the Baltimore Security Analysts Society. Additionally, Nasser has published an article in the Encyclopaedia of World Terrorism entitled “The Impact of 9/11 on the Global Economy.”
Nasser and his wife, Carolyn, have two children, Tucker and Erin.
Nasser is licensed in MD, DC and DE for securities and in MD for insurance.
Tim is Chief Investment Strategist for Lincoln Financial Advisors and Sagemark Consulting. Tim serves as Chairman of both the Manager Selection Committee and Investment Policy Committees. His specialties include fixed-income, asset allocation, alternative investments, retirement planning, and affluent wealth management.
Tim worked for NYSE member firms in several positions. He has held the position of manager of arbitrage trading, specializing in debt, convertible, and risk arbitrage analysis and trading for the firm’s principal account. He has also worked in municipal finance, arranging municipal and private-use bond issues relating to arbitrage and investment strategies in bond issue proceeds. Proceeds of these issues were generally ten million dollars and greater. In addition, Tim served as sole portfolio manager of a registered, diversified equity mutual fund, administering all aspects of the fund’s research and trading functions.
Tim received his BA in Political Science from Lipscomb University in 1981. He received his Series 7 in 1982, and graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1985.

Bob is Second Vice President of National Design/Advanced Planning for Lincoln Financial Advisors. Bob joined Lincoln Financial Advisors in January 1998, as a result of the Connecticut General Life Insurance Company acquisition. Prior to joining Connecticut General Life Insurance Company in 1986, Bob worked at the accounting firm of Touche Ross & Co. ( Stamford, CT.) as a Senior Tax Consultant and the Lexington Insurance Company, AIG ( Boston, MA) where he was Assistant Manager of Financial Services. He was also in private practice of law and continues to be a consultant to other attorneys and law firms.
Bob had been an instructor of continuing education for Connecticut real estate agents and brokers from 1984-2004. He is a member of the American and Connecticut Bar Associations. Bob received his BS degree (Accounting and Finance) from Central Connecticut State University, JD degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Law, MBA (Finance) degree from the University of Connecticut, and LL.M. (Taxation) degree from Boston University School of Law. Bob is listed in numerous sections and editions of Who’s Who (including Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World).
Donna is an Assistant Vice President of National Design. Prior to joining CIGNA/Lincoln in 1991, Donna was a tax consultant for Arthur Andersen & Co. in Hartford. There she worked in the areas of personal and corporate income taxation as well as estate, gift and trust taxation.
Donna received a BA degree in English from State University of New York at Buffalo and a J.D. from Western New England College School of Law. Additionally, in 1994 she received her LL.M (Taxation) from Boston University School of Law. She is a member of the Connecticut and American Bar Associations. Donna has also obtained her CLU and ChFC designations.
